Short walk to shibuya cramble, turn the corner of the holding and theres a Family mart convenience store 60 second away

Location was conveniently near train stations and walking distance to Shibuya crossing. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms and bathrooms were a good decent size. The bathroom smelled a little strange but it was clean.

The money paid for this property didnt cover what they offered starting for the cleanig of the room specially the toilet. On top of that a very bad smelling we nees to deal for all our stay there. Staff in the Hotel weee not friendly and moat of the time we passed by the front desk there was nobody. Also, at checkout I was handled 3 different statement with different dayly room charges. Total amount what same than we got on the reservation thru your page but this maneuver bu the checkout agent sound fishy. I hope you read this review and provide us with some sort of compensation for our troubles.

The hotel is clean and comfortable and has a friendly and helpful staff. It’s a short walk to Shibuya Station so you can travel easily all around the Tokyo area by subway, train, and bus. We got a room with a wash/dryer and a balcony.

Staff was nice and helpful, excellent location for going to Shibuya crossing and a ton of restaurant choices. The hotel was clean and had 2 great restaurants close by, one next door and one down the street. I would come back to this hotel.

Good enough hotel, and you are right next to Shibuya Station which is a huge bonus. Western travelers be warned: the rooms are tiny. Hard to walk small. We had to put all of our luggage under the bed just to be able to move around. For a single person this would be fine, but two people gets tight. It does have a washer/dryer combo in the room though, so great if staying multiple weeks.

Very close to Shibuya station from the South exit of the Shibuya station it was only 5 mins walk to the hotel. However, there is no housekeeper that will clean the toilet and bathroom sink. The shower curtain stinks so badly, it needs to be washed several times after each client who stays there. Shampoo, conditioner and body soap are all very good. we stayed for 6 nights, and i think for this length of time, the hotel should make the beds and clean the room and bathroom most especially.

Cozy hotel in a great location! It’s really close to many shops and restaurants, and just a 5-10 minute walk to Shibuya Scramble Square. Right across the street from the hotel is an entrance to the subway (JR Shibuya Station) which makes transportation super accessible. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed in the Superior Twin Room and it was a good size for 2 people! I would definitely stay here again and really recommend it if you’re looking for a hotel in Shibuya area.
