Liked the tea bag filtered coffee in the room.
Great location to get around such as Disney resort, Toyosu, Odaiba and Shimbashi, Ginza & Yurakucho area.

Very convenient access to Disney parks and modes of transportation, many convenience stores and available restaurant options, and helpful staff for English-speaking travelers. Room was not as clean and nice, as there was dust and hair on many surfaces. Amenities were decent. Laundry room needs improvement: it gets too humid in there and therefore it takes more time than expected to dry clothes properly.

The hotel is between 2 stations, a bit walking. Hotel not near main attraction (ie. Deck/Aqua City...etc), needs to take train. Hotel is old. The mall (restaurants) attach to the hotel are dead, mostly closed.

First , location wise perfect! So convenient because few minutes walk to the nearest train station. Also there were a lot of choices for the restaurant around the vicinity.
What i didnt like is there were a lot of visible dust inside the room , in the table, bed tv corner honestly all around the room . So i had to wipe them all with wet tissue because its so visible and i cant take it.Also i get allergy from the dust.
Also on the top of our bedsheet there were few strands of hair , and inside the bath tub there were also hair strand. Its just so uncomfortable knowing that the room is not properly cleaned.
