Highly recommend, the location is amazing, the rooms are spacious and the staff is beyond helpful. Will be back for sure.

It is what you expect for a 5 star hotel. Friendly employee, always helpful. Nice location, quiet yet walking distance to GINZA. Restaurant inside the hotel is a bit lack on service, very slow and sort of chaotic.

The service is excellent. I was traveling with my 84 yo mother who needed a wheelchair. The concierge was able to arrange special tour for us and transportation. The tours were also excellent. We would absolutely come back again.
