Our second stay in one year; really appreciate the staff and amenities. Concierge would be better if more pro avtive. Excelent choice for a Tokyo’s staying.

Excellent service nothing was too much. Went above and beyond, only negative it was not very walkable to some of the busier parts of Tokyo.

Great hotel next to the prime minister’s house and other government buildings. Good views from rooms, which are all in mostly high floors. Very comfortable beds, very new, great bathroom. Shower in our room had window with a view as well. Minibar was well stocked. Japanese restaurant was quite good, though not amazing. But price was appropriate. Breakfast offering was really good too. Both Japanese and buffet options.

The minute you pull up from the doorman, the lobby greeters the desk, the front desk desk, and especially the concierge provides amazing top-notch service
The staff members are second to none

We just finished our 4 night stay here (family of 4) and loved everything about this hotel. The amenities are outstanding and the staff were exceptionally polite, helpful and professional. There is a subway station directly below the hotel providing easy train access to all the sights around the city and the hotel is in a wonderful area. We highly recommend this beautiful hotel.
