Our room didn’t have a window we could look out of. It didn’t have a wardrobe or chest of drawers. We lived for two weeks living out of a suitcase.

Great hotel which is located in a great area. Close to the subway entrance and lots of food around.

Our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room was small but well laid out. The staff were helpful and the cleaning service was great. The hotel also offers free coffee and donuts which is a nice addition. It would be nice to have chargers and lights on both sides of the bed for when two guests stay. Would stay in this property again. Akasaka-Mitsuke is a wonderful area to stay in will great restaurants and easy to get to Shinjuku as well as Ginza.

The staff made the stay great! From the front desk receptionist to the cleaning staff....all were very professional and courteous.
Coffee and donuts was a great addition. And having breakfast in the cafe was excellent!
Only bad part was not being able to look outside or open the window even a small crack. My husband struggled with that but was told that there was no other option.
