Very friendly staff clean environment but washroom had a smell from the pipes

I stayed here for 7 nights and I had no issues! The staff are extremely wonderful! Very helpful and welcoming. They do a wonder job in cleaning the rooms. The location is very convenient since the subway station is right next door. It serves both the Oedo and Fukutoshin line which takes you all over Tokyo. Their are alot of great dining options in the area. The area is very safe. This is the only hotel I book whenever I come to Tokyo. I look forward to returning soon! Thank you for always making my stay a good one! 5 Stars all the way!

Great location. Transport, Restaurants and convenience stores everywhere. Staff are very friendly and the rooms are in excellent condition.
Would stay again no hesitation.

The hotel is approximately 2 minutes walk to Higashi Shinjuku station. Lawson and 7 eleven stores close by. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shops. The hotel itself is good value for the price I pay. Rooms are small but that’s expected on most hotels in Japan. Staff are friendly and can speak English.

Our hotel front desk staff are Chinese, Nepalese, Korean, Japanese, etc. Most of the staff can speak a little English. Please stay with us again the next time you come to Japan. Conveniently located by the subway with easy connection to sinjuku station. Great neighborhood. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great place to stay for a couple nights in Tokyo. Rooms are quite small, but that seems to be the standard in Tokyo.

Staffs don’t speak English and seems unwilling to help with transportation and directions.

This was my 3rd time booking at this hotel! The location is very convenient and most importantly the staff are great! Great customer service and friendly people. I highly recommend! This is ny favorite hotel in Tokyo!

I first stayed here in 2020 and really enjoyed my stay so I booked here again 4 years later. The hotel is in amazing location, just right outside the Higashi Shinjuku station, and still near Shibuya / Shinjuku without the crowds. Many dining options within walking distance, from local shops to chains (Sukiya, Matsuya, McDonald's, Pepper Lunch) plus a small Donki a few blocks away that is not as busy as the ones in the center.
The hotel itself is very clean, with free amenities available in the lobby. Efficient check in and check out system. Very good base if just staying in the city, one can definitely survive with only the Tokyo Metro Subway pass for going around. Highly recommended!
