It’s a nice little place on a little uphill near Shinagawa station. Transport is convenient and friendly staff. If you use yamato luggage service, it’s great. And there’s not many convenient stores nearby.

Location near station with many foid options near by. The mature gentleman (manager perhaps) wad very kind and helpfull

The staff were excellent and super helpful. The rooms were a little bit small though. Everything was pretty good overall. The only downside is that the hotel is located on a hill so it was difficult to drag our luggages all the way up.
