No frills hotel offering clean bed and good access to public transportation. Met my requirements as didn’t spend much time in hotel room. Room rates was reasonable for the location

I was really excited for this hotel for the location. The hotel said it included a/c This was VERY important for me as i have health conditions that require me to not get overheated. However the a/c was not to be used and even opening a window was unavailable without going down stairs to get someone to open it for me. Please don't say you have a/c available if you cannot actually use the a/c. (A note said it was disabled).

The hotel rooms look a little tired but clean, the location now than makes up for it as you are minutes away from Shibuya and shibuya station

near main evolving Shibuya station, convenient location on little side street hard to find initially.....nothing to get excited about if you only need a place to sleep and shower it's OK. but very poor lighting and carpet needs upgrade and unit painted, seems basebord removed and not area not painted very unsitelly and unit very small.....
