Nice, quiet location near airport limousine service,and near metro station. Hotel was clean and comfortable and staff were very friendly and helpful. We will stay here again.

Had an awesome stay here.. Staff was very friendly and helpful..hotel staffs helped to carry our luggage to the limousine bus stop as we were heading to the Tokyo airport… very good location and easy to commute as there is a train station accessible through the hotel.. great location to reach Tokyo airport as Limousine buses are available at a walkable distance.. Rooms were clean and spacious...

The hotel is good, but I heard walking noise from upstairs every day and night.

Unfortunately one of the 2rooms we had was smelly, the shower was, leaking. This hotel is a bit old and needs a refurbishment.

Beautiful lobby with plenty of restaurant and spa facilities to take advantage of. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and included an Espresso machine, which was very much appreciated. This was a short stay, so I didn't visit any of the restaurants, but I found my stay to be very nice. I would recommend this hotel to others.
