The hotel was very hard to find because its lobby is on the 17th floor of a building, and the rooms are on the floors above. It's very strange! The name REMM is on the top of the building door. It was supposed to be a 4 min walk from the train station but it was more 8-10 minutes, with luggage it makes a difference!
The restaurant was only open at lunch, which I find puzzling since tourists are usually not around then.
The room was very clean and modern. I especially like the bathroom because the sink, toilet, and bathtub were separated. The beds were very comfortable. The pillows were not- filled with plastic little balls; luckily, one pillow was soft!
The room was small so I didn't understand why there was a big massage chair taking the little space that was available. We had no room to open both our suitcases. I could open mine after I unplugged the chair and pushed it as close to the bathroom sink as possible. My husband had to open his on his bed, and put it away to go to sleep. Last thing: the towels were very very thin, and we were encouraged not to have the room cleaned, so we just asked for new towels because they couldn't dry overnight as they were soaked.

Great stay, close to Tokyo station which is what we needed. Only issue was we got in extremely early so our rooms weren’t ready and they didn’t have a space for us to freshen up after a long flight but otherwise a great stay.

Overall the property is a great location and convenient to all attractions since it’s only 10 mins walk to Tokyo station. The only problem is that the room we have stay in had a really weird smell.

Good hotel option, subway station in front of door and Tokyo station a 10 min walk.
