I’ve had previous good stays at Remm Roppongi.
Facilities are getting understandably old but that’s no excuse to have mold on the walls of the shower/bath room.
The inside of the minibar was dirty from the previous guest.
Next to the window, a bit covered by the curtains, a plastic bottle from the prev guest was also not removed or cleaned before the room was assigned to me.
Hotel provides now reusable slippers which is positive for sustainability BUT the slippers were dusty and this impacted my experience to use them because I didn’t have the certainty of how clean they were.
The hotel management should revise their processes to improve the cleanliness, please.

remm Roppongi delivered beyond expectations. This hotel is an ultimate stay in Tokyo as it's very nice, clean, and quiet with great amenities and a wonderful staff. It's also in a great area with a lot of cafes, restaurants, bars, etc. options. It's close to the subway system so you can reach anywhere very quickly and also you can walk to areas like Roppongi Hills or Omotesando in 10-20 minutes.
Bonus note: I left my cellphone at an Uber and the staff was very helpful in getting it back. I'm very very thankful.

Excellent property in terms of location.

This is a great hotel in a great location. This is my second stay here, both times for more than ten days as I have business nearby. It’s convenient, clean, well-appointed, and I do highly recommend including the breakfast buffet when booking your reservation. When I return in a few months, I will definitely stay at Remm Roppongi once again! Aloha!

average quality. super close to subway exits. but way too small room cant even open my luggage properly. and the worst part was the noise from the AC exhaust fan,.. the temp control worked great but it didnt run auto although we set it up as auto AC. ended up getting sick becuz of continuous cold AC air over night. also no garbage collection so we replaced the garbage bag everyday. towel replacement was great and also the tower view was beautiful.
