Great location in prime spot in Ginza area. The hotel was super clean and walkable to public transportation and tons of shopping. Would stay again when I come back to Tokyo.

The staff was very kind and helpful!
The check-in process was a bit difficult due to the language barrier and the automated kiosks. I was very thankful for the staff and their help in explaining the hotel check-in procedures etc.

It is very convenient to transport. There are many subway lines near the hotel and it is also not too far from Tokyo station if you would like to take shinkansen going somewhere else.

The property was close to everything. Near a lot of restaurants. Close to the subway.
