Friendly and helpful staff. Loved the location in relation to transportation. Had a lot of little shops and small restaurants within walking distance.

The hotel is conveniently located 5 min walk from Akebonobashi station. Check in at 3pm, not before. Rooms were clean and of a good size for Japan. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful.

Room was efficiently laid out for its size.
Despite being a non-smoking room, I think the shower curtain was retaining a cigarette smell, so the bathroom always had a faint scent of it.
Hotel is close to transportation and it's a really fun area to walk around and see a bit of normal life or find new restaurants.

Many amenities nearby. Decent room size for a family of 4 consisting of 2 kids. We booked the family room.

Clean and lots of dining in the neighborhood. Highly recommended 💯 near train station

Note that this is a business hotel, which means it's not big. It's a good choice if all you need is a place to sleep and shower. Walkable location to both Chiyoda and Shinjuku, find myself walking more than taking transportation. Akebono-bashi station is just right there, very convenient. Note that the station does not have escalator or elevator coming out of the exit, good luck with your luggages.
