Our stay was amazing from check in to check out. The staff was amazing and our room was fantastic! I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is conveniently located within a walking distance from Tokyo station and the Imperial Palace and gardens. The metro is just steps away. The room itself was average but had everything a guest might need. The staff was friendly and helpful. However, the breakfast was terrible. In all my years of traveling and staying in various category hotels, I have never experienced such a bad breakfast.

The room was excellent, with a lot of space and comfortable beds. The hotel was clean and quiet, and the staff were all helpful. I was most impressed with the smooth check, definitely an excellent experience and somewhere I would stay again

The staff were helpful and nice. The hotel room is kind of small but it is normal for Tokyo. The Jr station is within walking distance.
