Beautiful hotel! We had an amazing view from our room. Biggest room we had in Japan. You can’t beat the convenience as it’s attached to Tokyo station!

Simply a great hotel, not to be confused with the Marunouchi hotel which we also stayed at.
It is right above the station, great views since guest rooms start at floor 27 onwards. They even give you a brochure in the room to detail all the buildings in your room view. Absolutely beautiful hotel tbh.
Everything else is fairly standard, lovely japanese amenities and super helpful and friendly staff.

Right next to Tokyo station hence very convenient. Hotel was nice, staff very helpful, breakfast was very good.

Easy access to Tokyo station. Room is a bit cramped compared to another hotel we stayed in Asakusa.
Not so welcoming as I saw other customers being greeted personally on walking in to the lobby by reception staff. Maybe because I was on holiday and had family that I wasn’t very welcome in a business hotel.
