Staff and service was very good. Its a smaller property, limited dining experiences near by the area.

The perfect hotel for those who just need a place to keep their stuff, sleep at night and go explore during the day. Transport options are so convenient from this location and the staff are super friendly and welcoming, the only issue I found was certain areas in my room not being the cleanest, such as stains on the mirror, but apart from that, the hotel was exactly what I needed for my trip,
Would definitely stay again.

Front desk staff’s English was very limited.
We could hear next door’s noise (door closing or opening).
The bathroom had a constant smell.

Excellent location, convenient to public transportation. Hotel staff was professional and friendly. Room was on the small side, even for Tokyo. But at its price point, it’s a great deal.

The staff was super friendly. The only issue we had was the logistics of the room. We knew it was small, but they could have maximized the space usage more with drawers in empty spaces. But besides that everything else was absolutely perfect.
