Very nice hotel in close proximity to station and only about 30 mins walk to imperial palace and gardens. We stayed only 1 night but would stay longer in we would know about it earlier ( we had booking done in more expensive place that is not better ). Only thing that I would recommend is to give guests water , either bottles or even better a water station.

Clean, quiet, and convenient for a 4-night trip. Beds and floors were clean, washrooms stocked.
Concierges were very helpful. Check in and check out was extremely smooth even for foreigners. Not much in the way of amenities but that doesn't really matter when you're so close to the metro and local amenities.
Great location, right in a neighborhood with tons of bars and restaurants.
Would definitely stay here again or at other branches.

Jimbocho was a great place to stay. It's on the convenient subway lines, but not right in the hustle and bustle.
Hotel staff were friendly and helpful.

Love that it's right on a transit line, but there's not a lot of options in the area for dining.

The hotel was near the conference so a short walk was all that was needed. Friendly local restaurants. Could have used translation of TV and A/c remotes. Used phone translator for communication with staff
