On the quiet side of JR East Ueno station but very easy to go places because many stations for different lines are near by.

Excellent place to stay for a short trip. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was perfect for the morning. The staff was exceptional! There were always staff members nearby, ready to make sure everything was perfect.

Easy access from Ueno and Narita. Very friendly staff, easy check in, comfortable room. The area is full of restaurants and things to see.

Everything was fine. Staff was nice. One bad thing is the room wasn't soundproof.

We will come back to this hotel after our 7 days trip to Kyoto. Love it specially for the nearby dining street : open 24 hour long.
