Situated within a stunning Japanese garden featuring koi, waterfalls, bridges, lakes and sweeping cherry trees.
In light of the custom for small rooms elsewhere in Tokyo, The New Otani’s expansive rooms, corridors, hallways, retail floors, and dining areas are an absolute delight. Breakfast overlooking the garden was a particular high point as was the crystallised brown sugar packets, and free bath salts amongst many other toiletries. Highly recommend this hotel. Also, check out G’s Bar close by which is a wonderful stop of an evening for live jazz hosted by a lovely lovely barman-musoe.

Hotel was lovely. Big family room compared to other Japanese hotels. Very clean. Lovely staff.

If I could give this place 6 stars I would! Unbelievable service and unbelievably nice rooms! Quiet neighborhood, beautiful hotel. Will be back next time in Tokyo

The property had everything you need. From restaurants and shopping. The garden with the waterfall was amazing.
