Garden Lounge - Located along the avenue joining the Main and Tower buildings. Overlooks the garden. Light à la carte menu of sandwiches, pasta, soup, and salads. Also serves drinks, desserts, and snacks throughout the day. Open for breakfast, lunch, tea, and cocktails.
Tom Cat - Casual atmosphere. Serves simple meals and beverages, such as pastas, pizzas, and curry dishes, for lunch and dinner. Located on the arcade floor of the Main building.
Café Peshaworl - Coffee shop. Casual atmosphere; country Spanish-style décor. Also offers cakes. Open from late morning to early evening.
Le Salon de Nina's - Serves tea, coffee, cakes, and sandwiches in traditional Parisian style. Open from late morning until early evening.
Milk Hall - Named after the popular coffee houses of the Taisho period (1912–1926). Self-service restaurant open for breakfast and lunch. Offers croissants and pastries made with dough imported from Germany. Lunch and dinner. Closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
Tully's Coffee - Branch of the U.S.-based coffee café chain. Also offers pastries, sandwiches, sweets, and ice cream. Open from morning until early evening.
Patisserie Satsuki - Coffee shop with freshly made pastries and bread. Dine in or take out.

Ristorante Bella Vista - Signature restaurant located on the top floor of the Garden Tower building, with stunning views over Tokyo. Serves authentic Italian cuisine and grilled options from an open kitchen. Also offers organic vegetables and seasonal seafood choices. Open for lunch and dinner. Dress code.
Shenbazuru - Traditional Japanese restaurant open for lunch and dinner. Set menu only; no à la carte dining available. Individual tatami dining rooms. Kaiseki-style cuisine. Decorated in traditional style with tiny Japanese garden flowers and artwork.
Shekishin-tei - Set within the 400-year-old Japanese garden. Counter-style seating. Menu of Japanese, Western, and Chinese cuisine grilled at tables. Open for lunch and dinner.
Momiji-tei - Located at the far end of the garden. Teppanyaki-style restaurant serves Japanese beef and seasonal vegetables for lunch and dinner.
Kato's Dining and Bar - Traditional Japanese cuisine prepared kaiseki style. Also serves a wide range of cocktails. Italian-style décor. Open for lunch, tea, dinner, and drinks.
Nadaman - Branch of the well-known Japanese restaurant chain. Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Menu changes on a monthly basis to incorporate seasonally based options. Views of the Japanese garden.

Tempura Horikawa - Tempura-style Japanese cuisine served at tables for small groups, and bar counter. Open for lunch and dinner.
Rantei - Located on the arcade floor of the Main building. Japanese cuisine for lunch and dinner. Specializes in sweetfish ayu and sake.
Okahan - Serves traditional sukiyaki, shabu shabu, and oil yaki (Japanese steak) using Japanese beef and seasonal vegetables. Open for lunch and dinner. Located in the Main building.
Sushi Kyubei - Traditional sushi bar. Located in both the Main and Tower buildings. Open for lunch and dinner.
Shiki - Serves sushi and other seasonal Japanese cuisine for lunch and dinner. Located in the Garden Court building. Also has three private tatami rooms.
Fumizen - Open for lunch and dinner. Specializes in tonkatsu: breaded deep-fried pork cutlets, traditionally served with shredded cabbage, rice, and miso soup.

Isehiro - Second location of the well-known original branch based in the Ginza district. Specializes in yakitori. Open for lunch and dinner.
Bar Capri - Decorated with original artwork of French expressionist Paul Aizpiri. Serves cocktails and other beverages.
The Bar - Located on the Tower building's 40th floor, with view of Tokyo Tower. Serves drinks, light meals.
Top of the Tower - Continental buffet cuisine for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Also features special dessert corner. Located on top of the Tower building, with extensive views.
Gun-Ship - Set-menu cuisine for lunch and dinner. Décor theme patterned after 16th-century sailing vessel.
Aux Bacchanales - Brasserie-style French restaurant. Open terrace faces Shimizudani Park. Open for lunch, dinner, and coffee. Also includes boulangerie serving a variety of European-style sandwiches and pastries.
