The room and the bathroom were dirty. I found a fake nail and many hairs everywhere.

The reception was super friendly and understanding. I was there early to drop off my baggage. The receptionist immediately asked if I needed to keep my luggage there before I even asked. Good shops and restaurants around and easy to get to the subway.
