Great location and only a 6min walk to Nishi Kasai station (Tozai line) You can easily connect to other stations from this line and great if you want to get away from the crowds and hustle and bustle of the city. We stayed in a triple room and it was just enough for the 3 of us. We had a balcony room which was lovely and we even saw Mt Fuji from the balcony and the Tokyo Skytree. It would be great if they added some outdoor furniture, but we were still so pleased with the room. Room was equipped with a washing machine that doubled as a dryer, laundry detergent can be purchased at the front desk, a microwave, mini fridge, hot plate cook top and kitchen sink. The bathroom was quite spacious and offered family size shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There were also free amenities in the lobby, such as cleansing oil, face creams, cotton tips and hairbrushes. We loved using the coffee machine in the lobby as well and the free breakfast was a plus. Super close to Disneyland, I highly recommend getting a taxi there as it was only 10-15min drive. The room did feel a little old, but we enjoyed our one week stay, it had everything we needed and the staff were all so lovely. Very impressed for a 3 star hotel.

The hotel is in a nice quiet area (despite being beside a big highway) and has very good restaurants just across the road. Good access to shops (5 minutes walk away) and great links to the rail network. The staff were lovely and there is a free coffee machine in the lobby! The only thing that put me off if that the rooms are facing onto an open 'balcony' type of corridor, so it feels like a tower block. Apart from that, it was great service and they included a washing machine inside the room which is so handy when you're travelling. Top notch service and I guess you can't expect anything but a high rise in Tokyo, but I couldn't shake the 'tower block' feeling.

The overall stay was great. Staff were super friendly and helpful. The area has a lot of food options and markets near. The hotel just needs better pillows.
