I think the location is good. Closed to the Jr station. Just the room size is too small. Especially the bathroom is not big enough. There is small table in which I can't put my laptop on it.

A good place in the heart of Ikebokuru Toilets a little bit uncomfortable Breakfast to expensive so we didn't take it Good price and good transportation
