The staff were very friendly and helpful with check-in and check-out. We had a great experience staying here and we highly recommend for anyone. This was our first hotel in japan and it was above our expectations.

Very convenient location. Room is clean and comfortable. Staff is helpful and friendly. Room is a little small. The step at bathroom door is making me nervous.

Everything was wonderful! Everyone was so nice and made the stay super enjoyable. The hotel is conveniently located near Tamachi station making it easy to get around the town as well as next to some amazing food places.

Close to mass transit, food places everywhere and very safe and quiet. It does get busy in the morning and evening rush because it's all office buildings in the surrounding area, but it's peaceful all other times. And there's a walkable riverfront. Rooms are dated, but it serves it's purpose well. Highly recommend this hotel, will definitely book again.

Room service unsatisfactory
Posted 3 Dec 2023 on HotelsWe had a room with twin bed at room # 401 on Nov 17-30, 2023. One duvet was very old and very thin (70-80% down missing). Requested to exchange for a descent one but refused by the manager on duty. Reason was : fixed allocation for each room and no newer duvet available for exchange anyways. I was very upset and disappointed with this hotel and will never book with them in future.
