Very easy to reach from Narita Airport to Ueno by Skyliner train. Hotel is 6 minutes walking from station. Hotel reception is at the 20'th floor of tall bulding. The room was small but very convenient.

Fantastic view overlooking the city from my room. Room size is quite good by Japanese standards. Location is good as well and plenty of signage to find the hotel lobby on the 20th floor. Location is very good, super close to Ueno station and Ueno shopping/market area. Transit options are plentiful.
However, there are minimal amenities available, and the walls are quite thin. All together it's a great budget option in a great spot in Ueno.

The location is great, the city view is fascinating, and the 7-11 downstairs is very convenient. Unfortunately, there are no more free drinks. The breakfast is ok but the same every day.

Location is convenient when land Nirita Airport. Room is big enough to open 2 big luggage. However, the free lounge drink session was no longer provided. disappointed was told when check in. Overall, it’s a good experience.

Posted 22 Oct 2023 on HotelsEarly check in and late check out avaliable for only 1000 yen an hour. Less than $10 Canadian dollars per hour. Muliple staff spoke English. But with the use of translation apps there were no communication issues. The staff were very kind and helpful. Great service. The room was dirty, but had an amazing view. The sheets were clean as well as the towels. I bought some wipes and wiped down what was needed. If i did not have my room cleaned the next day, they would still leave clean towels at my door. This was great! The location is very good. Close walking distance to many places and very close to two major train stations. Although the room could have been cleaner, I would stay here again. Hotels tend to underpay and have staffing issues. So I can overlook some things. You can easily walk to Ueno Zoo. Please go. It is a beautiful zoo. There is a 7 11 right at the bottom of the hotel, very convenient and lots of food and goods to choose from. Have the most wonderful vacation in Tokyo, I sure did. ✨️⛩️✨️
