The hotel was immaculate and the staff superb! Any international tourist needs to put this hotel high on their list of mainstays. We will definitely be returning, they deserve and earn all the praise they obtain! Thank you for the wonderful memories and the free bottles of water :)

The staff are all very friendly and helpful! The rooms are clean, and they provide free water bottles and other amenities at the front, to take when you need.
The area is amazing too, if you don't want to stay around busy streets with lots of traffic. Quiet area, but it is very walkable to Rappongi or Akasaka areas for restaurants and nightlife.

Beautiful neighborhood: quiet and serene. Hotel is well maintained. The room size is a bit bigger than at many other hotels. The hotel's buffet breakfast is super nice and the food quality and selections are excellent.

Nice property! Very clean and close to the train station. Loved how the toiletries were open to all guests in the lobby, easier to grab then ask if we needed something. Water bottles were also provided whenever we needed it. Clean washrooms were available on each floor, in addition to your hotel room bathroom. We love the variety of foods served at breakfast too:)
