Their staff speaks English and they are so friendly. They really helped me with the luggage delivery. Such amazing customer service.

Staff where very friendly. Even though they do not speak english, they have signs and explain in detail the hotel policies. Bus to disney gets full, first come first serve basis. Taxi cost between $12-15 from disney.

The property was quite close to the train station. Add allowed for a bus route. However, the room is very old-fashioned it was one of the smallest hotel rooms I had stayed in Japan. The shower-head had fallen off during our shower and sprayed the entire bathroom causing us to leave the fan on all night and unfortunately it musty the next day. For the price it was very good room, however, unsure if I would’ve been happy with a multiple day stay.

The front desk people were very nice. Spoke enough English to help us with future plans along with Disney plans and shuttle information. Were able to take our bags before check-in and moved our bags into our rooms by the time we were there to check in. They do mention that the lobby closes after 10 and would only be open for emergencies. The hotel room was a good size however, it definitely has an older feel to it. The bathroom was a bit cramped with a very high tub which causes to hit our knees a couple times. The placement, for the showerhead broke in our room, causing the showerhead to spray water all over the bathroom. Overall nice for a hotel passing by unsure if you are looking for multiple days.

Good transportation to Disneyland/Sea. Carpets and bathroom could be cleaner. Toilet was noisy. Garbage disposal was a bother. Robes were nice, but pajamas would've been better. Despite minor drawbacks, not bad a choice for no-frills experience at a good price.

This was my first time staying at Hotel Flexstay Shin-Urayasu. The only thing I didn't like was the distance from the Disney Parks. I looked at Google Maps before booking, and it didn't seem to be far away. The free shuttle bus is limited trips in the morning and evenings to and from the Disney Parks. It services several hotels, so you have to know where to get off for this hotel. Thankfully the driver announced our stop in the evening. I estimate it takes 10-15 minutes from the bus stop below Ikspiri (Column number C3). Shuttle to the parks is 8:35, 9:30, 10:25 am. Shuttle to the hotel is 21:00, 21:30, 22:00 pm. Seasonal schedule is subject to change depending on the parks hours. Taking the JR train from Maihama Station to Shin-Urayasu Station, leaves you with a 15 minute walk back to the hotel. There is also a city bus that will get you close to the hotel. 170 Yen each way. The hotel gives you a bus schedule at check in. Room is small, but was just right for my stay. Quiet location. Comfortable bed, and free amenities available in the lobby. No housekeeping during my stay, but you can get fresh towels and trash bags at the front desk. Front desk is open from 8 or 9 am (not exactly sure), and closes at 10 pm. So for checking in, you have to be there before the staff leaves at 10 pm. You use your room key to enter the lobby at all hours. Although the hotel met my needs for three nights, in future trips, I will stay closer to the Disney parks.

Sleepless in Urayasu

Reception was delightful . He explained everything to me in English. No problems until I went to sleep. People above me were running or moving things around in there for an hour. After the second call to reception they moved my room. It was better until the morning at 0700h something begin knocking in the ceilings. I was so exhausted from the day before, I didn’t complain only laid in bed. Then I heard the trains running. Not a good location for light sleepers.

Good location, close to public transport. Staff very helpful and shuttle bus to Disneyland was very handy.

Disney stay

Nice clean japanese hotel close to Disneyland. Very small rooms and beds. Easy to access and free shuttle to Disneyland.
