I was so pleased with this hotel. It was so clean. Japanese custom, they laid out pyjamas for us. There was a well-stocked bar of toiletries that you could choose from. This included the flash, a hairbrush, toothbrush, facial prints…
It was the closest hotel. Is it fine-tune the tuna auction. 18 minute walk. That was really nice at five in the morning. It was a little far from some other attractions like odaiba beach. But still very walkable.

Staff amongst the worse I have ever encountered in Japan. No smiles (yes you can tell if someone smiles behind a mask), zero urgency, zero friendliness. Room so small that you cannot even fit a single luggage without having to cliimb on top of it to exit the room. Requested double bed and received 2 single placed next to eachother, thankfully im not a skinny person but fell right i between them when sleeping.

The staff were nice, my room was very clean, and they were transparent with how cleaning works. Also, even on the days I asked for no cleaning necessary, they gave me a new set of towels!

Everything is good except:
During checkout, I asked if the hotel can keep one piece of my luggage for one day. But the front desk said they can only hold it for the same day, not overnight. Even if I am willing to pay them, they still don't accept it.
Most hotels in Tokyo have such service for free. So be aware if you run into such situation.
