Great venue to explore Tokyo. 15 min walk th Shinjuku.

We had a good stay, standard hotel, nothing fancy but checked all the boxes and near a fun part of the city.

We had a great stay here for 9 full days. It was our first time in Japan and this place was nice. The rooms were cleaned daily for us. They have a laundry room, gym, and very nice lobby area. The location is about a 15-20 minute walk from JR station. My suggestion is to get on the bus in front of the hotel to get to all the shopping areas. After all the walking you're going to do, trust me, take she bus even if it's for a few blocks. I would stay here again.

Nice, well maintained property.
Reception staff are very helpful.
Large rooms with kitchenette is very useful if you are vegetarian like us.
7 mins walk to Shinjuku-Gyoeme station. 15-20 mins to the other 2 Shinjuku stations or to central Shinjuku shopping areas.

This hotel was 2 stops away from the main the Shinjuku station. It's far enough away from the crazy buzz of Shinjuku nightlife but still easily commutable to all the major areas of the city. The nearby streets/alley ways had plenty of small local restaurants which offered good dinner options if were we didn't want to venture out for dinner. Of course, plenty of convenience stores around. The room itself was extremely spacious, separate sitting area and kitchenette. Honestly cost us about the same than a single bed room in more central area of Shinjuku. The room was cleaned well daily. Front desk staff were nice and spoke English, we had no issue with checking in or out. They held our luggage for us pre-check in and post check out. I would definitely consider staying here again on a future trip.
