Great location; great views!

Pros: Location, views high above Tokyo.
Cons: Don't like getting daily messages about my not requiring maid service.
Location: Very close to Shinjuku Station, many department stores, and lots of restaurants.
Have stayed here many times, mainly because of the convenient location and have always had an enjoyable stay.

Pros: Very modern hotel and beautifully presented. Very comfortable stay. Next trip to Tokyo we will stay here. Hotel staff very polite and helpful.
Cons: Offering breakfast with every room booking will be nice.
Location: Very close to Shinjuku railway station. Shinjuku is only 4 stations away from Tokyo.
We were very happy with the hotel. Nothing to say bad about this hotel. Nice room and washroom.

Great views in central location

Stayed here for two weeks and would definitely choose this hotel again. Excellent staff who are polite and efficient, also speak English. Fantastic view from our 35th floor room, spacious with good size bathroom incl amenities (includes hair dryer and japanese style electronic toilet). Very clean, quiet and safe hotel in general. Smoking room is on 21st floor so you don't have to go all the way outside for a smoke. Little convenience shop inside the hotel has anything you might need and open long hours. Wifi is included and didn't have any issues. Extremely close to the station (South exit and south terrace exit of Shinjuku station) as well as Starbucks and Krispy Kreme and nice bakery just outside.

Lovely hotel close to the action in Shinjuku

Posted 07 29, 14
We stayed here for 3 nights in July 2014. Very close to Shinjuku station, about 5 minutes walk on the Southern Terrace. Our rooms were on the 35th floor with fabulous views of Tokyo. Rooms were very comfortable and well equipped. Modern facilities. We did not eat in hotel, preferring near by restaurants. There is a Starbucks, Crispy Creme Doughnuts and artisan bakerie on the southern terrace. Great night life. We booked the airport bus through Expedia to return to Narita, and this picked us up from the hotel. Definitely would recommend this hotel for comfort and position.

Great hotel in a fantastic location

Pros: Central location, great views, helpful staff, nice comfortable rooms.
Cons: They are very strict on the 2pm check-in - luggage is easily stored - I offered to pay extra for early check-in but they are inflexible in this regard
My family of 2 adults, 3 girls, stayed for three nights in adjoining rooms at Century Southern Tower on our way home to Australia from the UK. The hotel is in a fantastic central location, very near Shinjuku Station, and the various local shopping centres. Reception is on Level 20, and all rooms are above that, so the views over Tokyo are amazing. Hotel staff are helpful and friendly. The rooms were a good size. There is a vast array of toiletries that are changed each day with large pump bottles of shampoo/conditioner/body wash and a specially heater mirror. The furniture and fittings were all modern and in good condition. We had a lovely stay and would definitely come back to this hotel if we are lucky enough to visit Tokyo again.

Exceptional hotel in an ideal location

We were very impressed with our recent stay. The location is right next to the Shinjuku station and a short walk from restaurants, shops and exciting laneways. The view from the rooms is amazing - We thoroughly enjoyed seeing the Tokyo skyline whenever in our room. The room was clean and the service exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel!

Great experience

Pros: Location, room size, view
Cons: Provide cots for older babies
Location: Close to Tokyu Hands, Takashimaya, Govt Building (for best view), Italian restaurant downstairs, Dean & Deluca and Mr Waffle near the station - mmm!
This hotel is in an excellent location, a very short walk to Shinjuku shopping and to the station, which will take you to most major tourist destinations. I think it would be hard to find a better location in Shinjuku. The view from the rooms and lobby is fantastic. There are restaurants in the same building and a small convenience store attached to the hotel. The huge Tokyu Hands store right across from the hotel is a good place to buy presents. This hotel was not as warm and personal as the other we stayed at (Shibuya Granbell) but staff were very professional and I couldn't fault it. Rooms and beds were large for Tokyo. Bathroom vanity also a good size. Unfortunately, cots are only for children under 1 - it would be good if they could update their cots for 1-2yr olds. Overall, this hotel was great value for money and I was very impressed with it.
