Great location, small rooms

I don’t like that I have to walk across the street to get ice & use the microwave & water is only given once. Our phone in the room doesn’t work, unable to call front desk when we needed something or have questions had to go across the street again. Not accessible by Limousine bus.
Staff are friendly & accommodating. Good location.

The rooms are quite small compared to western standards, but it is in a densely populated area, so I understand. Location is great!

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The main source of enjoyment was the staff. They were kind, thoughtful, helpful, and always in a good mood. They went out of their way to suggest enjoyable things for us to do and provide us with detailed instructions on how to get to each attraction. We will definitely stay at this hotel again when we are next in Tokyo.

The staffs are kind and accommodating, location was superb lots of convenient stores and restaurants around the area, close to Shibuya crossing, Shinjuku and Ginza, I highly recommend this hotel.

As expected the room was small for 3 members. However the location is very closed to train station with lots of foods in the neighborhood. I like it since its quite compare to other areas in tokyo.
