The rooms aren’t comfortable like the price of the hotel, bathroom very small, not table in the room. I think is over price

If you’re wanting to spend time in shinjuku this place is in the heart of kabukicho and so nice! It’s walking distance from so many amazing excursions.

I stayed here twice during my trip. Before and after Kyoto, great both times. Enjoyed the 5-9PM free flow and interactions.

Perfect location, in a quiet area of Shinjuku. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They shipped our luggage to our next destination without a hassle. Rooms are very clean and all basic amenities are available. Beds are comfortable. Free water, coffee and snacks are available. Would definitely recommend.
