This is my second time at this property. People always helpful and friendly.
Convenient to most train stations and lots of options for shopping.

Amazing hotel with stunning view of Tokyo Skytree. Very kind and friend hotel staff. Convient shopping and food near by.

I unfortunately booked late with my party, so the only rooms in my price range were smoking rooms, which I do not recommend if you are not a smoker. The smell of smoke on the floor was unpleasant and there were old cigarette marks on the bedding. Staff were friendly and the facilities were clean overall and there were options (scented spray and air purifier) to help with the smell of smoke. I would highly recommend their breakfast buffet options. That was the highlight for my stay at this hotel in Tokyo.
