Hotel is good and clean. Here if you request for early check in of two hours they are asking extra money and for us due to Miscommunication we came out of the room to check out for 15 to 20 minutes and for it also they have charged.

Prior to May 2024 I did not read any reviews that mentioned how tiny the rooms were - sorry, but despite all the benefits of the convenient location the room was just too small for a couple. Could barely open a suit case before the room became chaotic.

My sister and I brought our kids here for 2 nights. The location was fantastic, very walkable and close to many sights. The rooms were comfortable and clean and the beds were great. The restaurant was also excellent! The staff was friendly and helpful too! We’d absolutely come back and recommend!

We just stayed here with our two young daughters (3 and 7) and absolutely loved the experience! Great modern hotel in a perfect location just minutes walk from Shibuya station / scramble etc. the staff were so friendly, the hotel was very clean and new too! My only pain point was the room was TINY but we knew that woukd be the case and made it work. We only slept there and spent most of our time out and about exploring. An absolute 10/10 for me!! Thanks guys ❤️

Very comfortable and clean stay! Friendly and helpful staff that greeted us as soon as we arrived. We also ate at the restaurant downstairs and enjoyed the food very much. Will definitely be staying here again when we come back!

Our room was snug, but well-appointed and comfortable. Slightly scratchy sheets, but soft bedding. Breakfast was terrific, and the bar downstairs had a friendly vibe, serving a nice selection of microbrews. We were there on a Friday night and the place was buzzing. Not a quiet neighborhood, but a great location for exploring Tokyo from.
