The front counter service is terrible. The hotel only provides 2 bottles of water to customers at check in. Then no bottle water giving to customers on the subsequent stays. No advance warning to customers about this. I ended up having no water to drink on that evening. They told me that I could buy from their hotel! Money sucker ! Very confusing.After I checked out and stored luggage at the hotel for 2 hours, when I returned to the hotel to pick up the luggage’s and I was refused or not allowed using the lobby or cafe restroom in the hotel. What a poor customer services

I recently stayed for five nights and had no issues. The location is prime and very walkable. Right in the heart of Shinjuku so there are plenty of bars, clubs and restaurants minutes away from the hotel. Like most Tokyo hotel rooms, the rooms were small but the location and cleanliness make up for it. If you want to stay in the middle of the action, I highly recommend this hotel.

I have stayed in this hotel multiple times due to it's location and close distance to shopping, entertainment and restaurants. Onsen on the floor is a plus. It is a little noisy at time but that is what you should expect given the location of the hotel. Airport bus is next store to both Haneda and Narita airports makes it easier to travel from/ to airport

Property is poorly maintained. They shot down out water and electricity 2 days in a row for several hours.
The rooms are as small as a king size bed including the bathroom (there is a full size bed in the room).
Rooms are very old and not clean and the shower it’s another story that I can keep going and complaining for.
Beware that no one knows English. They are very nice and wants to help but it’s frustrating.
The location is the best thing about this hotel.
I don’t recommend staying there more than a day or two.
