Amazing stay. If only rental motorbikes be allowed freely superb. Because the only way to get there is by boat.

Bad Experience

Only one restaurant and no room service available. No first aid available at property when we requested. Snake near our room. Staff were bit rude.

We under your concerns regarding our facilities, however we do have 3 restaurants in the resort available which are Matahari Restaurant, Fortune Courtyard and Xuan restaurant. We also do provide First Aid Kit in all our departments to aid our guests when needed. As for our room service, we truly apologize for being unable to provide the service, this is due to the recent fire that has taken place in our resort which evidently restricts our resources to providing room service. We also would like to sincerely apologize for the experience you had with our staff, our team at the resort has been informed for the necessary actions to be taken. Staff and service culture (and prices) are completely out of whack and we strongly recommend avoiding this place until they improve. Examples: * Staff told us to 'come here' to order food and drinks - not a problem usually but they charge more than at home at this 'resort' which is supposed to be top class for the island. * Breakfast was generally very mediocre - poor selection. Coffee machine not working? Come back tomorrow morning. Need a spoon? It's over there, ferenghi. Fruit juices on the menu? We have two of the seven listed. * the kicker: We were sat in the Chinese restaurant trying to get a healthy option (US $65 minimum or so for two...every single meal came in around these prices), when a guitarist and singer came in to sing at us. Not our thing - not by a long shot. When we asked them to leave us alone directly and specifically and clearly - they smiled at us and kept singing. When we asked the waiter to ask them, he smiled and said it was 'impossible'. We actually got up, walked out, and sat outside in the heat until they left. This resort is to be avoided unless you want that kind of thing all the time. I have lived in villages and had a career in development things, and this trip literally was intended as my post-surgery "I survived a big disease thing" reward trip with my gf. We came away more tired than when we arrived and happy to get out. And much poorer for the experience.
