Thad a great experience especially with our driver Vero! She went above and beyond made us feel welcome and safe. She has beautiful energy and it's contagious! Which is a plus due to what this hotel stands for and its mission. She is truly one of a kind. I really enjoyed having her as our driver to Puerto Nuevo she was very attentive. This hotel is very very lucky to have her she is truly one of a kind.thank you vero for making this visit so special and safe
On another note the concierge didn't get back to us about this request in the morning which was unfortunate and delayed our plans. We had to call a second time to see if she was able to accommodate our request

Thank you very much for your comments about your stay at Quartz and our external supplier Vero, due to the gasoline shortage that was being experienced in Tijuana, the taxis, drivers and car rental services were full, so it was difficult to find one available , hence the delay in finding a driver who could take you, however our concierge managed it and they were able to make their trip in our beautiful state. We hope to see you soon!
