Really nice place but terrible pillows as so big did not sleep well at all and yes, we looked in wardrobe pillows in there the same size. Told the reception the next day just got a smile and sorry Had a sore neck for a couple of days

Normally I would emphasize the positive aspects of your review, but you have scored us an unbalanced 2/5. My housekeeping team are deflated by such a poor review, they work extremely hard to provide to you with a clean and well-presented room. I also have front of house who were genuinely empathetic about your pillow experience, but somehow saying sorry wasn’t enough. Our pillows are renewed regularly and are a quality Hotel Grade (firmness will vary between the 4 pillows in the room, size will be the same). Being advised on check out is too late if it was a significant issue. Perhaps a prior request for a type of pillow if you have a specific need, contacting reception once checked in, or as the occasional person does, bring your own pillow, we do not take offence at that as a pillow is a very personal thing. I will leave it to readers to compare our past reviews and make a well-balanced decision.

Loved it, all staffs are very humble and helpful. Room is neat everyday. Clean linens for your room amd towels changed every day. I recommend this plave.

Lots of room in unit. Man at reception was very pleasant and helpful. Motel location was great. Happy customers.

Was disappointing that there was no hot water in the morning, front desk didn't make a big deal about it, in fact they weren't even going to mention it until we did - I feel like that is a massive thing to have happened and they should of been apologising for it as soon as they saw us, it was very much like "oh yeah, sorry about that" low key response..

Hi Richard,I apologize if that was your impression it certainly was not our intention. Once we became aware of the hot water issue on Easter Sunday morning we contacted our AHS plumber who arrived at 10:27am. A small pump unit had failed and was replaced.We treated the matter with urgency, and apologized to all guests, very unfortunate timing on Easter Sunday with 33 departures on that day.I do hope you accept my apology, and hope to see you again.Regards,Craig.

Very clean and comfortable room, enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend to someone and stay again :)

Friendly front desk

Front desk staff, Debbie, is especially friendly and warm. Hotel is clean and conformable. Location is also near very eatary within walking distance. Only thing is parking has a daily fee of 15 NZ dollars in building or metering on the street. We opted for daily fee to avoid having to worry about it
