car parking. when i parked i could not open the car doors to get out.after. gotng to recepion was told they were fully booked and advised me to park accross the the road in the public car park. when i returned after being out to dinner at 10pm i checked the carpark and counted 38 empty spaces i.was not impressed being lied to. otherwise ok.

Thanks for your feedback but the parking issue was just a simple misunderstanding. We meant you could park in the 2nd lane just outside Reception if you felt more comfortable than in the basement and not across the road. We did not lie to you as we were full that night. Some of the car parks in the basement are private and not for our guests which may help to explain the empty spaces. Hope to have you stay again.

Very dated. New carpet but the couches could really do with a good steam clean. Tv on its way out with a line through it and bathroom lighting is very dim. We were not asked how our stay was or would have communicated this direct. Brilliant location and lovely partial sea views

Beautiful views very happy with that. The bed and the sofa were very comfortable.
Easy excess to stairs etc .the bathroom is pretty dated and ceiling fan very dusty. the room was for 4 people but there were only 2 glasses of each also 2 teaspoons an 2 knives.and 2 face cloths

Room was beach facing so was nice - warm and comfortable. Area is beautiful and lots of choices for food and walks.
I found the parking underneath extremely tight, had a pole to work around and roof is very low.
I didn't like the mirror in the headboard of my bed! and the shower could have been cleaner as there was mould on the joinery inside the cubicle.

Thank you for taking the time to write a fantastic review! Unfortunately some of the basement car parks are rather awkward but we do have an onsite outdoor option if you would have preferred. Our team did a thorough check of the shower and it was just wear and tear; not mould. Hope to see you again.

Friendly clean and tidy.
The only thing I would like to mention is the slamming doors coming in from pool areas. Some soft closing doors would be great. Every time someone enters or exits the building our room shook and pictures rattled.

We liked the proximity to the Mountain and shops. Just left the car nehind and walked.

Overall experience was nice. The location is convenient and the property has parking in a secured basement. The property is definitely outdated and will need some upgrades.
