I enjoyed the experience overall. I must emphasize that the service provided by the entire hotel staff is worthy of a 5 star rating. Highly recommended!

The room was ready over 5 hours after check in time. On the second day, housekeeping came to do the room after 4pm. The hotel is dated and not well maintained. There’s no pool and the food is mediocre. The phone by the bed was out of service. The bed covering is super heavy and uncomfortable. The AC position was annoying, hitting you straight when sitting or laying in bed.

Alarm clock was turned off before we arrived & went off very early next morning.

The hotel is about 15 minutes away from Tampa city center and has a. very quiet and limited surrounding but it's price is very reasonable and it's clean and the rooms are great. Staying there saved us money and provided us a quiet escape from the city.
