Advertised as a 4 star, run down like a 2-3 star. Average tasting food. Very lively, lots of people, etc. but the building needs a ton of work. This was beautiful 20 years ago

We were given a room which was old and run down. Furniture was falling apart. It didn't look at all like the pictures on your website. We complained and were moved to a much better room on a high floor. Dinner on Thursday was terrible. The food was not fresh. Breakfast is ok. Dinner on Friday night was great. The sulfur pool is not included. It's an extra charge at this hotel. Convenient beach access. Nice beach. Nice pools. Great views from the rooms. Definitely not a 5 star hotel, maybe not even a 4 star...

Total dump. Run down. Dirty. Old. Not maintained. Rude front desk staff. The dry sauna wood is rotten and infested. Two of the four elevators are broken.

The beach and swimming pool are nice. Breakfast was good. But the price is too high.

All was good. Check in was a bit slow and pigeon situation needs to be rectified.

This place would be rated hardly two stars in the US or the EU. Awful customer service on check in and check out. Not clean room is old and a mess
