Mickey Mouse the Renovator
Posted 5 Oct 2023 on HotelsOur electricity kept going out, we asked for a new - and upgraded - room, as shown as available on hotels.com. They said, those pictures are out of date, they are from before renovations. Who did the renovations, Mickey freaking Mouse? Because it looked like a rat chewed through half of our room. We couldn't even call room service because the 1920's phone kept dislocating. Summary: extortion of price for mediocre place.

Beware of the cleaning man entering the room when naked
Posted 4 Sep 2023 on HotelsThey enter the room while we were inside and naked, 15 minutes before checkout time. Terrible, embarrasing.
When I complained , the manager told me that is the procedure, horrible service. 15 min before checkout! They could wait and try to reach us before entering the room
