Horrible upkeep of the hotel room. Stayed from Friday to Wednesday and only made the room up once. Was told they would do it every other day. When we were out of towels, we attempted to pick them up at the front desk, did not have so asked to send them up. No towels in the room, had to air dry after showering. Did not deliver towels until 40 minutes later, no knock at the door, they left them on the hallway floor.
