Rooms were not cleaned properly and the the entire facility needs updating badly.
Carpets were dirty and surface wrinkled from overuse.

The last time I stayed her in April, I noticed the big wrinkle down the middle of the hall carpet. This time I’m on the first floor, and the hall carpet is the same. It’s hard to see the carpet sticking up due to the pattern. But it sticks up a bit over an inch. Someone is going to trip…and a lawsuit will follow. Carpet needs to be re-stretched or replaced 1st and 3rd floors. ASAP

Two of the desk attendees were not very nice and one never acknowledged me after stood waiting to check out. Another staff that was attending the breakdown came over to assist with my check-out.
