The hotel had a great garden area with farm to table available. It is remote so limit local food choices, but the hotel restaurant was nice. Staff was nice. Refrigerator kept unplugging when unit is pushed flush so had to leave it sticking out to run.

This place had such beautiful and well-maintained facilities they can be very proud of. We really loved the breakfast, and how options changed everyday. Our room and bed were massive. They really made the effort to make it as eco-friendly as possible.

The staff is accommodating. We have some requests, though, at the hotel wherein it would take another phone call to get done. But overall,it was a great stay. They serve good food at their resto as well. The service crew are really nice and make sure you are taken cared of. My husband and his frjend who are both from the US, enjoyed it there. Nice beds great rooms. We love that it is far from the hustle and bustle of the city.

The property is a great place to stay. My room was nice and big, the toilet and the shower are nice. The WiFi or the internet connection was horrible, as if there is none. You cannot connect, the signal strength needs to be fixed. I don’t think there is internet connection.

The property was undergoing some renovations. They were some work on the parking lot which created dust and crowding on the property during our stay on April 19th to to 24th. Our room was upgraded to a suite with an early check-in. We commend the staff for their excellent service from the front desk, servers at the restaurant where we had buffet breakfast, housekeeping and maintenance. The suite room that we had would need minor improvements, the cherry wood flooring had white strips. The decor is a bit dated and had a leak under cabinets of the bathroom sink which was remedied on the second day of our stay. I would come back and stay at the hotel because of the great hospitality of the staff which the highlight of our stay. Kudos to the management for their great staff and hope they do something on the items that we raised.
