Worst vacation there was no water and aircon not functioning well

Finding something to like is very difficult. No potable water. Toilet didn't flush. Cold shower (when the water was running). No wifi. Inexplicably noisy. Few but broken clothes hangers. The list goes on. But, staff were friendly.

It was Satisfactory and comfortable to stay in only there at night to sleep out rest of the time.

Terrible
Posted 22 Oct 2016Do not book this hotel on your first trip to Cebu. It is away from tourist destinations.
It is a 1 star hotel not 3. Maybe, it was a 3 out of 5 rating on Expedia and I was just confused and assumed it was a 3 star hotel.
We got a room in the 5th floor. There is no elevator!!!!!!
Room is small and dirty.
We immediately looked for a better hotel. The hotel didn't allow us to request for refund or cancel our reservation for the succeeding nights. Expedia allows refund if hotel will agree but this hotel doesn't care about anything.

The bungalows are not near the beach

Pros: Everything was very good
Cons: not for elderly or handicapped
Location: Dive Point is not in a village or town so taxi will be required to leave the resort
The bungalows are not near the beach so if beach is imporant to you then ask for a beach room
