The hotel is clean and relaxing to stay. The hotel staff are friendly and approachable.

A quiet and friendly hotel near the Palace Museum
Posted 9 Dec 2023 on HotelsSo, I was staying there because of proximity to the palace museum. I really liked it! I should say, it is a twenty minute walk away from the shops of Shilin Station area. That didn't matter very much for me. I think Yusense hotel would be well suited to people who want a quiet stay, although the staff did tell me that it was busier on weekends. For me it was perfect. It was very comfortable, and there was a nice desk where I could finish up some urgent work related jobs (it was a working holiday!) I went to the Palace Museum twice with the hotel as a base. I like to take more than one trip to a museum, as it is hard to absorb everything on one trip. I get overtired!

The hotel is almost next door to the museum. And not far from Shilin night market. The breakfast is not as good as other hotels in this level. The room is very large and excellent. All furniture are high quality. The location is not the best for public transportation.
