The condition of the room was reasonable for the price; however, the smelled of smoke and really needed a good airing.

Place was great and quiet. Walking distance to a lot of food places. Grocery store is about 2 blocks away which is also convenient.

Very large bathroom was great!
Location is ok; no sidewalks, but reasonable walking distance to university and university train stop. This is a true "motel", where cars drive up a ramp and park next to their rooms. You will hear tires squealing throughout the day, and if you approach as a pedestrian you must enter the garage, and there is a faint whiff of car exhaust throughout. There is no lobby to speak of. So pretty bare-bones, but well priced!
