We absolutely loved our stay at Dolamanco Hotel. The staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room had everything we could ever possibly need, the bed was comfortable, the neighbourhood was great and we would absolutely stay here again if we returned to Taipei. Thank you so much for a great stay!

Beware of Bed Bugs! Avoid this hotel at all costs! Our experience at this hotel was marred by a bed bug infestation. After the first night, we woke up with bites, initially assuming they were caused by a mosquito in the room. However, the number of bites increased over the following three nights. Being unfamiliar with the prevalence of bed bugs in Asia, we mistook them for mosquito bites. Upon consulting our general practitioner back home, it was confirmed that the bites were indeed from bed bugs, based on their distinct pattern. After consulting with our GP back home, we promptly informed the hotel about the issue, but they vehemently denied any presence of bed bugs. Their only response was that they had placed clean sheets on the mattress after we left (they were never changed during our stay), implying that the problem was resolved. Despite our attempts to explain that bed bugs reside in the mattress, not the sheets, the hotel disregarded our concerns and accused us of fabricating the issue. They even went so far as to suggest that the bites may have occurred during our plane ride, which was factually incorrect. We had already been in Taipei for several nights without any bites. This lack of cleanliness and their dismissive attitude left us thoroughly dissatisfied. We strongly advise against staying at this hotel due to the bed bugs, their failure to address the issue, and their unresponsive attitude our concerns.

Clean, good value and wi-fi. Friendly staff - Why was there no safe? - Room could do with an uplift (i.e re-paint the ceiling) - Air conditioning a bit loud

Hotel is located right on the boundary of Da'an Park Forest, beaituful area, easy access by the MRT.

Good value

The rooms with park view are fantastic. Cleaning service is not very consistent (they did not vacuum; they forgot to do the room one day). The breakfast is not much fun - same every day and TV on all the time. But given the standard of the park view room and the fact that it has a bath, it is good value for money. The reception staff were pleasant and efficient. I wanted to extend my stay but the twin room was no longer on-line although available at the hotel. A shame because I ended up leaving and regret it.

good location, poor condition

is close to the mrt station. but indeed need to take transfer even for two stations, quite time-consuming, sometimes better walk to the destination. breakfast is very basic , can skip. the decoration is old, some are damaged. some smell from the toilet. and the air con switch got problem, on and off from time to time. disturbing. will not stay again.
