Amazing, welcoming and very attentive staff from the moment you walk in. It was a very nice and clean hotel to come back to after a long day of touring around the city. Very centrally located and convenient. That said, it can be slightly noisy which may depend on where the room is as the hotel is located on a busy street. I still slept fine. Recommend for any travelers that like the convenience.

Property is very conveniently located (under 10 minutes walk to Taipei main station); room is clean and comfortable; there’s also free laundry onsite; most importantly is the friendly staff — especially Sam, he went beyond his duties on helping us, providing information, and explaining each option, making sure we have the essential information before we heading out. Thanks Sam !! Me and my husband really appreciate your excellent services!

Loved the location and the staff service! Room was just nice for one pax and absolutely love the room design and that the toilet and shower are separate. Even though the room is not big, it felt spacious because of smart interior design.
Do not choose this if you are a light sleeper as the soundproofing is not great. Was on the second floor and you can definitely hear vehicle noise, room doors closing etc. I don't mind it so it was great for me!

Excellent service of hotel staff. The sole of my mum’s shoes opened during my trip in Taipei and we tried our luck to ask if the hotel happens to have any glue available that can help to stick the sole back. The staff on duty went above and beyond and brought up all the glue available in the hotel to help to stick the sole back. This is beyond excellent service.
